Prof. Gabriela MOGOS
Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China
Gabriela MOGOS is a professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering Department at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in China. Her interests are in the areas of Information Security/Cybersecurity and are driven by a strong desire to bridge computer science and quantum physics and to design new quantum cryptographic protocols, and, to embed quantum-safe equipment in large networks. I am well organized and driven with innate ability to stay on task. I have great enthusiasm for science, and I look forward to teaching both traditional courses in Computer Science topics and developing other courses.

Dr. Hamed Taherdoost (IEEE Senior)
Canada West University, Canada
Biography: Dr. Hamed Taherdoost is an award-winning leader and R&D professional. He is the founder of Hamta Group | Hamta Business Corporation, and faculty member at University Canada West, Vancouver, Canada. With over 20 years of experience in both industry and academic sectors, he has established himself as an industry leader in the field of Management of Technology and Information System. Throughout his career, he has been highly involved in development of several important projects in different industries as a project manager, R&D manager, and team leader.
Apart from his experience in industry, he has been working in academia and with researchers from various disciplines and has been actively engaged in different research studies. His views on science and technology have been published in top-ranked scientific publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, IEEE, IGI Global, Inderscience, Taylor and Francis and he has published over 130 scientific articles in authentic peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings, eight book chapters as well as seven books in the field of technology and research methodology. His research achievements also include winning several best paper awards and outstanding reviewer awards. He is sessional faculty at University Canada West and was lecturer of PNU and IAU Universities. Beside on lectureship positions, he was researcher at IAU for over 8 years, R&D Manager and Academic Program Manager of Research Club, MDTH and Hamta Academy, Malaysia, and is Advisory Board of Cambridge Scholars Publishing, UK, Scientific Board of NASS, Singapore, Mentor at Publons Academy and Futurpreneur Canada.
Moreover, he is the editorial, reviewer & advisory board member of many scientific peer-reviewed journals, and has served as editor of book & proceedings for prestigious publishers. He has been a Technical Program Committee, Scientific Committee, and Organizing Committee of many international conferences& has organized and chaired numerous conferences and conference sessions respectively & has delivered speeches as chief guest & keynote speaker. He is Senior Member of IAEEEE, IEEE, IASED, & IEDRC, Working group member of IFIP TC 11 - Information Security Management, Professional Member of IFERP and Member of CSIAC, ACT-IAC and many other professional bodies.
Currently, he is involved in several multidisciplinary research projects among which includes studying innovation in information technology & cyber security, people’s behavior and technology acceptance, and blockchain technology.


Keynote Speaker : Prof. Cheng Siong Chin
Prof. Cheng Siong CHIN, Newcastle University, Singapore
Dr Cheng Siong Chin received the B.Eng. degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2000, the M.Sc. degree in Advanced Control and Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester (formerly called UMIST) in 2001.  He has published over 100 publications, 4 authored books and 3 US Patents. His research interests include the design and simulation of complex systems for an uncertain environment. He is a Fellow of the Higher-Education Academy, Fellow of IMarEST and Senior Member of IEEE. He received the Best Paper Award for Virtual Reality of Autonomous Marine Vehicle in 10th International Conference on Modelling, Identification, and Control sponsored by IEEE in 2018 and the Best Application Paper on Dynamic Positioning for Vessel in 11th International Conference on Modelling, Identification, and Control, 2019. He also received DCASE2019 Judges' Award (most innovative and original) for Sound Event Detection in Domestic Environments in IEEE AASP Challenge on DCASE2019. He was awarded the Outstanding Contributions in Reviewing for Future Generation Computer Systems, Elsevier in 2018.  He is the Associate Editor of IEEE Access, and Electronics (Sections: Systems & Control Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Circuits and Systems).

Loc Nguyen is an independent scholar from 2017. He holds Master degree in Computer Science from University of Science, Vietnam in 2005. He holds PhD degree in Computer Science and Education at Ho Chi Minh University of Science in 2009. His PhD dissertation was certificated by World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF) and awarded by Standard Scientific Research and Essays as excellent PhD dissertation in 2014. He holds Postdoctoral degree in Computer Science, certified by Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC) in 2015. Now he is interested in poetry, computer science, statistics, mathematics, education, and medicine. He serves as reviewer and editor in a wide range of international journals and conferences from 2014. He is volunteer of Statistics Without Borders from 2015. He was granted as Mathematician by London Mathematical Society for Postdoctoral research in Mathematics from 2016. He is awarded as Professor by Scientific Advances and Science Publishing Group from 2016. He was awarded Doctorate of Medical Statistics by Ho Chi Minh City Society for Reproductive Medicine (HOSREM) from 2016. He has published 74 papers and preprints in journals, books and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 scientific books and 1 postdoctoral dissertation.
